ABOUT MY PERSONAL TRAINER

The idea for MY PERSONAL TRAINER was born off of the back of listening to friends and family and through reading various posts and forums on the internet, and realising how misinformed people are around fitness and nutrition. People have been mislead and misguided through fad diets, and crazy workout plans that promise to give you chiseled abs and a rear like J.Lo.

We really wanted to help re-educate and guide normal people, living normal lives the basics of fitness and nutrition to help them achieve a body that they are proud of.

We truly believe that it can make a difference to peoples lives, who have struggled in the past to get the results that they crave.
